Refund and Return Policies

Orders that are cancelled within 30 minutes will receive a full refund.  After the first 30 minutes a $25.00 charge will be applied.  We will have started working on your piece by then.

If you cancel your order after 30 minutes, but before your piece is in production (24 hours typically). A $50.00 dollar charge will apply.

After your piece has been produced there are no refunds as these are unique and custom orders.

PLEASE PROOF your spelling and the PDF you received prior to production, as this is what you will see in your gift.

If your piece is damaged during shipping, please send us a couple of pictures immediately to support@everlastingengravings.ca.   We will replace your piece.  Damage pictures must be received by us within 2 days of receiving your package.

If you haven’t received you package within the shipping time frame, please let us know ASAP. We will work with you to find out where it is and get a replacement to you.  We are not able to offer refunds on lost products.
